From serious athletes to recreational runners looking to keep fit, we have a range of training groups and coaches catering for athletes aged 9 and over through to seniors and veterans.

We promote all aspects of athletics from road running, cross country, hill running to track & field and compete in outdoor track and field and cross country leagues each year.
